Beneficiary Visa
Recipients: The members of the family nucleus, economic dependents of the principal holder of a Type “M” or “R” visa may be holders in any case or of the principal holder of a “V” type visa only when it has been granted for the activities contemplated in numerals 12 to 15 of article 10 as a general rule, members of the family nucleus of the main holder of a visa, their spouse or permanent partner, their parents, when they depend economically on him, their children under 25 years of age or older when they have a disability, which prevents them from having economic independence.
Validity of the beneficiary visa: The visa granted as a beneficiary may in no case be greater than the validity of the visa granted to the principal holder on whom the beneficiary is dependent.
Work permit: The visa as beneficiary does not allow work.
Family bonding: Children under 25 years of age or with disabilities and the spouse or permanent partner of a main visa holder who depend economically on it and who wish to remain in the country, with or without intention of establishing or establishing permanent domicile, must request the same type of visa of the holder as beneficiaries.
